Fresh lemons are completely dehydrated, naturally exposed to the sun, without using any type of artificial or chemical ingredients, complying with strict quality requirements.

It is a traditional ingredient of Arabic and Persian cooking. Dry Lemons are strongly flavored. The taste is sour and citrusy. Like a lime but also somewhat smoky and lacks the sweetness of fresh limes.
